I am a fresh grad and from an IT background,is there anyone here working as Help Desk Analyst or Customer Service Specialist?How is the inner working of the jobs.I do find this job interesting ... btw anyone here working in Cyberjaya as a customer service or help desk analyst?

Here's a rough guide. It's a thankless job, where you are the receiving end of customer's frustration, and any real help in solving customer's dilemma seldom result in a positive feedback, even if you're really good at your job. Once in a while you get a letter saying "Mr who was really helpful in solving my problem" and that could get you the extra 5% raise you're looking for, or the promotion. Most run on shift hours and appropriation of pay. And if you're in a call center, don't expect your calls to stop coming in.

my Post is Customer Support Analyst.....but many known us as helpdesk analyst.
