guys, sifu,
recently ive purchased a used 135lc v2 4S, year 2013. that previous owner modded the meter mileage, but based on the engine/gear smoothness, its still acceptable for used motor. thus, my problem: top speed (on meter ya) 120km/h, feels like (buttdynoed) the fuel is there, rich, but doesn't feel like its optimize..macam lemau.. at gear 4..so no topspeed (and makan minyak... like 80km for rm7..full throttle on the highway) if maintain 100km/h; it could go 150km for rm5... believes that previous owner done some mod, but for a quick repair, is it possible to tune the carb to amend this issue? |

QUOTE(KhairilAzman @ Jun 15 2017, 03:22 PM) Heyy guys, Cepat patah i nak tanya, lc kalau tambah rear box ada perbezaan tak kalau pakai monorack givi dgn yang gantung biasa dekat spoiler? perbezan speed limits? perbezaan keselamatan? perbezaan goyang? effect dekat pembawaan motor tak? QUOTE(alexei @ Jun 15 2017, 08:45 PM) What carb is he using? It seems the mainjet is slightly too rich. Mainjet? Even for stock mikuni?Tak ada pengalaman pasal ini, tapi, kena tengok keseluruhan rear box, pastikan tiada komponen yang longgar. Ada jenis bracket dia kuat, tapi kotak goyang pula. Absorber belakang kena keras sikit. Top speed, pernah dengar kurang sikit pasal rintangan angin. |

QUOTE(alexei @ Jun 16 2017, 02:59 PM) From your description, it sounds like rich. yes, feels like rich, burn more fuel, but not going anywhere. What rim size are you using? Look for radial tyres, sure stabil. The usual ply rating tyres not so stabil. This topic wait otai reply you... but before that, what is your current spec? even my 2011 135lc feels better than this. yes, bought another lc, for my usage at other town... |

Solved my issue.. It's air filter. I think 1st owner didn't bother to change it before. Gantung kat spoiler lg banyak goyang berbanding monorack J. Kalau pakai yang dekat spoiler, bile barang berat dalam box moto lari kiri kanan time corner. Gantung kat spoiler lagi cepat patah. Contoh: Monorack J = 45kg++ Spoiler = 10kg - 20kg. Kalau pakai monorack J sandar pon takpe. Kalau dekat spoiler xbole. Tapak gantung kat spoiler dapat free. Monorack J kene tambah RM 90. Pirelli, Maxxis or FDR Change UMA or others plug coil. Use aftermarket air filter. Retune your carburetor. Change your spoket. Example: From 15 - 39 to 15-38. Thank you |

QUOTE(amon_meiz @ Jan 5 2018, 08:48 PM) Guys Original kayaba rm170 iirc..Nak tanya Im using y15zr And the absorber dah flat habis Ingat nak tukar Rekomen me some model Brand apa bagus? Bajut under rm600 1. Anybody knows if I could put the y15zr rim on our 135lc v2? needs to change arm or the mudguard? Im thinking to change to bigger wheel and rear brake disc (upgrade from drum brake). 2. Later on will. Change the block to higher cc; thinking to just put in fz150i block.. Im more towards reliability rather than top speed. Any good suggestions for both questions above? |

QUOTE(iewann @ Jan 6 2018, 02:31 PM) 1. Why with the bigger wheel? Lc135 5s rear wheel also good enough if u want wider tyre (100/70-17)..just need to adjust the bush and disc assembly need to be installed IINM. Consider racing boy sp rim also. Y15 rim need wider arm I had a near death experience at dbkl Road. Almost die. A car suddenly swerve, I need to swerve to avoid him, and I fall into a fucking deep hole. My rear rim bengkok habis terus kena buang. .. Luckily tayar still OK.2. 57mm fz block, flat piston and hardened spring valve. Cam either uma R1 or cms T. Should be easy to main with stock rs150. Wait for others otai suggestion Yeah stock black kayaba one soo reliable. Better you just service the mono if the condition not severe. Others like Yss and RB gas monoshock shiok also 👍 The latest case is yesterday, at johor port. (I have 2 units of standard 135lc v2) at different location I planned to change bike, but after a long thought, since I always leave the bike unattended at some public station for more than a week, it's best to just maintain the bike with some improvements. My 135lc at johor needs urgent upgrade to the motor, I think previous owner lenjan and cakap manis (cilaka betul). My 135lc at kl, bought new, 40k mileage, no problem with engine at all. Only replaced wear and tear. Conclusion: Upgrade to 150cc (jb bike) Upgrade to rear brake disc (jb and kl bike) but if bigger wheel is not recommended at rear, it's OK. I can still hold on to it. Lol |

QUOTE(iewann @ Jan 6 2018, 08:31 PM) Is it adjustable? If you free mind share with us how the perfomances later Im looking around for that used 5s rim for a while now.. No luck I guess.. If u know anybody selling around kl do let me know. I've survey for that rear brake disc.. Feasible, and some online seller have kit for 135lc.Im sorry for your bike's rim. Whatever rim you are using will bengkok also if hit such pothole with great force. But wider tyre does gives us stability, do consider LC 5speed rear rim if interested. But need extra around 400+ if not mistaken for brake disc installation and few modification at the swing arm and brake lever. Use softer mono preset if the condition of the road you commute is soo severe |

QUOTE(man_sate @ Jan 8 2018, 08:43 AM) 1. Yes you can fit. Need to adjust bush. 1. bought 135lc 5s rim sudah 2. My suggestion don't upgrade. Waste of money because performance same like standard. Even you try to improve it with flat piston or others parts. The performance still the same either stay with standard block or bigger block. Bigger block doesn't mean you ditch out reliability but it need extra care with change of good engine oil and fine a good tune. It will last until 4-5 years and this is tested with cheapest 62mm X1R block. Pirelli licin sikit jugak time hujan. Macam duro. Maxxis Diamond or FDR melekat tapi bunga cepat habis. 2. bukan nya nak upgrade sebenarnya, but i think the internal part have something wrong. this bike bought used from previous owner. he said its standard specs etc. but i know he mod the meter. Bought it from that guy in KL then ride to JB during Ramadhan time. i'm yet to ask shop to open and inspect, but im prep for the worst, so might as well upgrade the CC. so, if thats the case, what is your recommended combo? as of now, my option: fz block all the way using all Yamaha ori parts if u r around Permas Jaya area, maybe u could recommend me some good/value for money workshop |

QUOTE(man_sate @ Jan 8 2018, 10:09 AM) 1. well within my budget.2. Not familiar with Permas Jaya, Johor location. Search in fb for recommend workshop. Check your bike first before buy any parts and confirm what parts is already problem. Maybe there is minor problem which is your timing chain, tensioner or rocker arm. Usually if you buy parts and install with workshop they will charge more. SCK 62mm = RM 300 - RM 350 -Optional- (if you have budget) Camshaft Harden valve spring got 2 units of 135lc KL: bought 5s rim JB: tonight going to COD for 5s rim camshaft.. what brand? harden valve spring.. brand? im now using stock clutch plate (changed it several months back when i bought the bike.) do i need to change it as well? |

QUOTE(iewann @ Jan 9 2018, 09:07 AM) How the pomen inspect the rod? or did he just assume the issue? One question, is it worth installing harder clutch spring than stock when alang2 service the clutch parts? Does the wear of clutch will become faster or not by doing so? dem i abuse the gear too much, almost every weekend genting & bukit tinggi QUOTE(man_sate @ Jan 9 2018, 09:33 AM) CMS T2 camshaft or others pakai telinga + test drive CMS valve spring or others Change the clutch plate when there is slip. Did they open or just hear? Better open up to confirm the issue. Don't remember price now for original autoshoe with mangkuk and parts inside I think around RM 250. Install harder clutch spring to prevent clutch slipping early. noted on the CMS T2 camshaft & CMS valve spring so now i officially have 2 sets of rim 5s |
