Oh boy, not only do they have poor customer service, their clothes are also proven to be of low quality and from taobao at very cheap price!!

I found the shop owner Sherlyn Tan to be a big liar and very dishonest too. (I won’t comment much on this) You all can find it out yourself in depth.

Wow... I hope people can know this and avoid buying from them. Please let your friends or people around you know about this so they don’t get ripped off by twenty3 and get disappointed!

They don’t refund you the $$$ no matter how you complain about their poor quality clothes, they refund in store credits which they want you to continue buy their expensively-priced cheap clothes from the website. =="

This is a shocking revelation. I've been eyeing some of their dresses but been keeping it on hold because they are expensive. Surprised that it's so bad, because I thought they were even more famous than Doublewoots, another shop I buy from frequently.
