I think there's nothing good about Citibank cards....the only reason that I'm keeping it is because of Coffee Bean's discount...

Any reasons why you guys are still using it?

Just received a call from AIA. He mentioned he got my contacts from Citibank where I no longer a Citi card holder. Damn. Citibank really distributes our contact to 3rd party people.  mad.gif

I am about to join this club.
Applied yesterday from my friend. Should be no problem for approval.
He gave me 4 cards with BT and CSP.
Guess won't use so much and going to cut 2 of it in 6 months.
*
4 cards? your friend happy lo.

For me, high credit limit is only useful when I can do 0% BT.

do you have outstanding balance in the credit card? i thought normally people (or at least rich people) won't have outstanding balance in credit card.

Hi, I want to get annual fee waived. Tried to call 03-2383000 but got lost in the menu.

Which one should I go to talk to the cust service staff?

Thanks!
*
after you key in your details (IC or credit card number), wait for them to say "press 0 to speak to customer service officer".

Yeah, he happy and thanks me to make him survive this month.

A bit surprise on the Citibank's strategy that allow people to hold 4 cards at the same time.

Besides, I terminated Citibank Clear Card donkey years ago.
*
can ask your friend, what is the commission? curious in knowing the rate.
