What i mean is, the shop does not have any instalment. Let say the amount is RM 4k, i wish to call in to Citibank to perform instalment for the my 4k swap. Is it possible?
Who ever can guide me:

1.My dad is a CITIBANK CC user, he just passed away recently. What is the procedure to cancel his CC? I do have all the document needed. He existing CC still having 2 instalment in it (If i cancel the CC, do i need to 1 shot pay all the amount?).

2. My dad CC still got reward point, can i redeem behalf of him?

most probably selling you insurance, or introduce personal loan with low interested for selected customer and etc.. 

if just telling that you won something, they can just sms.

FYI, Back to 2011 Citibank Approved Me their CC with just 6 months Credit History as I Got only
But I do got a Very long Employment History (Worked in Same Company) for 10+ Years

doesn't affect me since the NIL are mostly on travel & insurance.

but the point is.... it is clear citibank wants to get out of the insurance bit, maybe getting costly for them as insurers raise premium cum gst looming.
btw, a reminder for those on visa rewards with a chargeable category. it was free for year1 but rm100 is chargeable for yr 2.
if u dun want it, need to call them to cancel it before it's too late.
i just cancelled, so the card is now very basic - no annual fee, no category, no extra points. just normal points.
gst not waivable, need to used points to redeem: 200pts = rm1.
this card has little benefit, only good as backup - i keep it as backup to the platinum cashback card.

Hi, can we not take the AIA insurance which coming together with the CitiBank credit card. I had recieved call from AIA this morning.
