Citibank put my hp no wrong, im use 013, they put 012
no wonder i never received any sms from Citibank when my card has been approved.
Now can't register for online....

Have to Call CS to do the Correction...
Btw, You Never have CT card, before....???

ya, never, first time using Citi

unlike other banks such as OCBC, SCB, etc... the cs will call u for verification.

but credit limit still remains d same?

Not Sure with That, I think lebih Kurang Sama...
I Wonder Why U keep on Asking Question about Credit Limit NOT Benefits you can have with Citi CC ...???

Those who trying to apply for citibank cash back platinum, make sure u guys max out the benefit and cancel the card before annual fee apply . Citibank no longer Waive the fee .
