QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 1 2015, 11:56 PM) Means I only receive CB for 1 bill only if I pay 2 mobile bill within the same statement month but different calendar month? If both bills posted within the same statement month AND your accumulated rebate is >= RM 20, you'll get your rebate in the same statement. Otherwise, it'll bring forward in the next statement.

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 2 2015, 02:43 PM) But what I understand the T&C for mobile that the monthly rebate only allow 1 bill? You meant 1 bill is only to 1 payee/merchant?

QUOTE(saitong09 @ Aug 2 2015, 03:14 PM) I mean 1 bill per month no matter how many mobile payee/merchant. e.g If I pay Digi, Maxis and Celcom in the same month, I can only entitle CB 2% for 1 out of total 3 bill that I had made. This was told by the customer service. Need clarification from the sifu here. This doesn't make any sense at all. Why it's only limited to 1 bill per month? Does it stated clearly somewhere in T&C? Citibank is usually very careful with this and they'll spell out clearly in the T&C.

QUOTE(vez @ Aug 3 2015, 09:14 PM) have read through this forum found that some user of citibank card unable to get AF waive here is my experience i call up the person on the line told me wait until AF appear on my statement then just call in to ask whether can waive or not for the past few years when i request they usually proceed to waive it i was like huh.. wait the AF charges appear on my monthly statement @@ he said now he cannot do anything have to wait looks like he want to trick me pay the AF and hope i dont cancel it huh Last two years, I did wait till AF appeared in the statement. Then I called CS to ask if AF is waive-able. He/She paused me for a while to check in their system and ended saying that unfortunately, no able to be waived. Then I proceed for card cancellation. After no further calls from Citibank.

QUOTE(lengzhai @ Aug 6 2015, 08:41 AM) Thanks. I will ask my agent about this. I actually quite sceptical about insurance and the way their charging until as of yesterday still doing the manual way of payment But doing autobilling via cc will save a lot of time and energy. If the autobilling is done by using a cash back type card, will I still get the 0.2% CB as other retail expenses? Yes. 0.2% of cash back and it should be unlimited.
