try Nokia Software Recovery Tool to reinstall the latest update. Just a suggestion because I don't have that problem.

Update: It's confirmed! It's CYAN! I was so excited I updated using Data. (99MB).
And after that I still got a Preview for Developers update. I wonder what else is there.. didn't update that thou.

So after Cyan u updated to DP8.1? Any difference?
I'm still on CYaN and wondering if the update for DP8.1 is necessary.

My extra+info keep showing denim.. can't get it to show CYAN.

My 920 doesn't seem to have this freezing issue. Not that many complaints maybe?

Thankfully that has not happened to me yet.. But I've had cases where none of the tiles work. I can unlock the screen by swiping up the lockscreen, but after that I can't even scroll the tiles but can swipe to the left for the programs list. but nothing happens when I press the programs. Only by restarting did everything go back to normal.

be glad.. my screen burn left only one small portion not affected..

what app did you use?

from what I understand, Denim is an update of 8.1. At most a firmware update so to speak.

Win10 is a OS update, like when we switched from Portico to Cyan. Win8 to Win8.1.

Just checked the Firmware availability list and seems like 920 worldwide still at Cyan. might skip and go straight to win10?

I hv the Denim update using DP. but honestly, I don't feel any difference with the cam. only significant difference is the alarm snooze looks different.
