Is there a way to make my refresh rate 60hz? I can only see 59.9hz in game for fullscreen.

Certain monitors report a TV-compatibility timing of 59.94Hz. Therefore, Windows 7 exposes two frequencies, 59Hz and 60Hz, for every resolution that is supported at that timing. The 59Hz setting makes sure that a TV-compatible timing is always available for an application such as Windows Media Center. The 60Hz setting maintains compatibility for applications that expect 60Hz.
In Windows 7, when a user selects 60Hz, the OS stores a value of 59.94Hz. However, 59Hz is shown in the Screen refresh rate in Control Panel, even though the user selected 60Hz.

Leaked benchies for the GTX960 and the 960Ti...

The benchmarks for the 960 looks very disappointing to say the least.  It barely outperforms the older 760, and heck even a R9 280 would outperform them.

The fastest 960 Ti is pretty good, though the pricing makes it not viable, since you can get the GTX970 if you are willing to spend more....

The GTX960Ti (1280SP) looks great, though the pricing could become a problem since it is dangerously close to a reference 970...

Please take this as a huge grain of salt, since nothing is confirmed yet.

It's like the 460 SE and the 560 SE...

Would have made more sense if the gimped 960 just be called 950Ti. Don't know what's the problem in that considering if the leak is true (which mostly isn't, 290 > 780 lol wtf), then the gimped 960 isn't much faster than the 750Ti.

Also the 1536SP 960 would most definitely kill the 970's insane price-performance ratio.
