latest phase called Aquila double storey terrace with land area 22x65 and built up area 1800 sf. not sure about the price but flyer shown that min price from RM448800

Yes DCH, Desa Country Homes much better plus it freehold but price starting from RM628k if not mistaken. quite expensive for me

Desa country homes is freehold, land and built up is larger. I guess that's why the price difference.

Unit sold at 364k today. 2 bidders.
Still cheaper than launching price. Launched from 460k cheapest last time.
Not a bad price considering is a brand new virgin unit and also last row. Can tanam your own stuff behind. Actual unit pics:
