Assume ASM didn't generate any income in FY15, ASNB can declare 2.07% dividend based on 2.2% c/f sum

Wat I meant was if investors keep 2.2% this year, they won't receive same % next year

Althought PNB didn't give out a return as what has been expected by many over here which is at around7%, we should still be happy with the dividend rate that they have declared as its still higher than kwsp's rate. So yeah I guess we should be happy with it.

Agreed
I suppose EPF is better coz their exposure in equity is lower -v- ASM

Btw, I just came across this news...anything to do with our beloved ASX fund?
http://www.nst.com.my/business/latest/sp-s...res-up-1.529547

Is it good or bad news (in terms of ASX fund investing) if that fellow managed to own SP Setia?
*
It won't affect any ASx

I guess it will be very very crowded this week at ASN and ASN agents with ASM dividend and the new ASB2.

To go or not to go?

Cheerio.

p/s Wonder why at some banks they take your ASX passbook and call you later when they process your transaction. Won't it be faster and more efficient if they process your transaction on calling your number? They collect the passbooks and do them in 1 go, more efficient this way? Don't think that is possible as they still need to process the passbook one at a time.

Most of them said you can open an account at the ASNB agent (included the RHB,Maybank,CIMB bank & Post office). But the post office here refused to open AS1M and ASW2020 account for me...Meanwhile, a forumer here did mention that he managed to open AS1M account at Maybank...

It depends who attend to u
Wud advise u approach ASNB directly
