I don't know if this is the correct forum to ask this question, so I just try to post it here.
Recently contacted by this company Pinggir Armada Sdn Bhd (Prima One) and they request to see our company latest 6 months bills. They said they will get the average of those months and give us 40% discount off the bill (Outstation + International + Mobile only) if we are using their service.
Package is explained as below
Monthly Price Calculations as below:
N=National
I=International
M=Mobile Call
(N1+I1+M1)+(N2+I2+M2)+(N3+I3+M3)+(N4+I4+M4)+(N5+I5+M5)+(N6+I6+M6)=T
Then, T + 6% tax = A
A / 6 = B
And 40% Discount from B = C
C is a fixed fee to pay monthly regardless of usage.
Contract: 24 months
Trial Period: 3 days 72 hours to try and cancel. Said would have this clause in contract.
Monthly Billings:
1. To TM : Monthly Rental + Local Calls + ByPass Calls + Gov. Tax
2. To Prima One: Mobile Phone + Out Station National Calls + International = C (Fixed Price)
Conditions:
1. NO - depo, registration fee, access fee, service charge, installation cost, hidden cost, technical support
Downside:
1. They said that they have partnership with TM but TM does not recognize their package or their company name and currently is investigating about this matter.
2. If service down, need to contact them first to repair. Wait them settle before TM.
Is it worth a try? Is this somehow a trap?
We already have a saver plan with TM.
We use handphone to call handphone numbers.
Customers are normally locals and use handphones.
International calls are seasonal.
We use Skype to contact outstation which is free. (outstation normally our own branches, so family call rate if use)
Anyone tried and did you really save on the bill? Customer service good?
