Today, customer service personnel from Product Division called and told me that they are passing my complaint to Customer Recovery and Repair Division and the customer service personnel of that division will contact me.

I am quite tired of Nokia now.

just tell them to change the call received UI, then everything will be fine , because my phone having this issue also but after i remove the screen protector, b4 i never notice this happen.

At last u hav a reply. Maybe they need time to find out the main cause and therefore prevent the later batches to have these problems later on.

At least got little hope. Hope your Nokia X well fix and use it happily again.

Actually they have no solution yet. They kept telling me to change this setting or that setting, do master reset, don't re-install apps, don't even restore contacts.

Check and re-check firmware version.

I really wonder what the Customer Recovery and Repair will do now. Will wait for their call.

How to Boot Nokia X into Recovery Mode

if you are using android, u can always install Swype through apk files. But free Swype keyboard is always better! Nokia Rocks!
