Insurance NCD transfer to new car

i transferring my NCD to my new car, but someone banged my old car and the panel need to claim my insurance first then recharge back to the person.
according to the SA, i have to pay the full amount of insurance for my new car first since my old car is in the claiming process. after that the old car insurance will issue a letter to me and i take the letter to my new car insurance to take back the rebate. is it true? |
