Hi, just bought my Note 3 last week. Already have 4.4.2.

Today, my Note 3 suddenly can't register to Celcom network since this morning. Haven't update since I got the phone.

The sim card I already tried with other phone with no problem to sms and call. I also put other sim card but also got the same problem.

Any solution without root my Note 3?

Normally ,that's the 1st u do once rooted . Recovery should be fine but just in case , back it up

Cant seem to find the app . it's call Samsung Tool which i dl from XDA . So far , all the comments on it are good except 1 or 2 . Backup,  best if use 2 different tool just in case .
