Damn... I missed MRE. Used to get a lot during childhood time living in Gerik, Perak. Back then when communist are still in the jungle, there are constant movement of our army in front of house housinga area. Sometime their trucks will stop by roadside to relax or something (I don't know...), the soldiers always give away their MRE to the kids nearby.

If Commonwealth army join the operation, even better. We got chocolate, sweets and candy from them as a trade for local fruits and food.
