i just googled a bit more.
bluray 4k players just getting into the market.
seems 4k movies was just being licensed, coming out now.
of course, the tv needs to be 4k too.
at this time, there are only short 4k videos, some tv series.
i have tried a few short videos - yes, excellent pictures!
1080p comes in many shapes and forms. 8-12gb ones are usually good, some with hd audio.
bdmv are 35-40gb - these are good with hd audio. comes out excellent on a 4k tv.
i expect 4k movies to be 60-100gb to have that extra resolution and perhaps dolby atmos too.
that is state of the art, the best one can get, if you are into it!

warning: just like when one first watched hd 720p and then find sd terrible, once u watched the best stuff on a 4k tv, 720p seems blur, 1080p is just acceptable. pamper your eyes, they "betray" you!

Yup.... I've stopped watching SD altogether... watching SD is like not wearing one's spec...
