QUOTE(alucard89 @ Jun 3 2015, 06:57 PM) Well i took their media center bundle kits which came with openlec and kodi preinstalled. Shipping for mine is they charge rm11. Additional request like change housing, stick heatsink or updated version all are done for free. Superb service and they do technically advise. |

QUOTE(skeelee @ Jun 6 2015, 09:59 AM) There are many nano wifi adapters that work with RPi, not necessary Edimax. Well i borrowed my colig tplink wn727n model. At 1st its smooth but later on started to keep on buffering every few minutes.Check out http://elinux.org/RPi_USB_Wi-Fi_Adapters for compatibility before buying. I am using 2 nos of TP-Link WN725N without any problem. Nevertheless i have replace wifi adapter to powerline so far so good. Will continue hunt edimax nano adapter for travelling use. |

QUOTE(jaan76 @ Jul 13 2015, 03:28 PM) I bought those 2.4GH Wireless remotes, i think they are much better to use than this kind.. you can easily program keys to your liking and backside full keyboard also comes very handy. Hi. May i know these wireless remote keyboard sort of air mouse type work in openlec raspberry as plug and play? You can look for RII or Mele few links for your http://www.lelong.com.my/rii-mini-i25-k25-...6-07-Sale-P.htm http://www.lelong.com.my/mele-f10-deluxe-2...7-01-Sale-I.htm |

QUOTE(jaan76 @ Jul 22 2015, 12:30 PM) So I have tested 2 remotes with RPI 2, Mele F10 Pro Deluxe and Minx Wireless Remote. I found Mele F10 to be better and it works fine with Kodi/OpenElec/OSMC. Bro, There's only one key which doesn't work if you using on RPI2 which is the menu key but rest all work out of the box and can be reconfigured to assign any action. If you use these remotes with KODI/OE on an intel PC then even Menu key works fine. So those who are looking for a small/dual job remote/keyboard for KODI/OE/OSMC on RPI or Intel PC can sure use Mele F10 Pro Deluxe as a good option. I didn't try Rii remote which i also suggested earlier cuz of the price difference between 2, Mele F10 Pro is way much cheaper than Rii (At least to me as i did a bulk deal with the vendor and got a good price You not going to review rii? Coz design wise rii is more better. U got do bulk purchase? Coz im interested to get one of these 2 in 1 remote. |

QUOTE(azrash @ Aug 2 2015, 12:04 AM) Which kodi distro are you guys using for your rpi? Im on openlec. Openlec ver 6.0 going to release soon and yet to release isengard version image. Therefore i couldnt update but my pc version is upgrades to isengard.I am using osmc.tv for my rpi2 and it will automatically update itself. Isengard is not out yet for osmc but when it is available, I don't have to download the image again etc. I have tried openelec too, but osmc is more responsive in UI interaction. |
