but the figure price raging up from year to year. from 260 > 320 > 375 > 420. shakehead.gif

may be is bcuz the MYR become smaller...
but the figure sure have many stuff on it, like weapons etc.
and it look more realistic.

did you mean like this? see the picture below:

actually you must have to use the tool like this.
better don't use hand for any small parts.
the pouches also must use tweezers or others to do it.

I think most of the local bookstore were sale it.
or Model Kit store also did have this tool.

finger is pure impossible...u need the tweezer as shown...u can get it at RM5 shop or stationery or even hardware.

wow it has been a while I last assemble one. Quitting 1/6 and still have one box untouched. Anyone want to buy?

Ya, sure have vehicle. But tank...
If you really need tank in 1/6 scale, most are R/C tank (can't find in local),
and sure was really expensive.
WW2 vehicle I found with pre-order at XL-shop,

Others WW2 vehicle even Modern vehicle was a sold-out.

1/6 scale tank can find in some model kit, brand is Dragon.
Dragon - 1/6 scale - Pz.Kpfw.II Ausf. C model kit (still available)
And yes, same brand complete tank model,
Dragon - 1/6 Sherman M4A3(75)W Tank (sold out)

Model kit around RM800+
Complete model around RM1600+ ~ RM2000+ or more.

If can't attach then can't change too much style then it will less interest.

2. metal/steel - brownish - top coat?
3. head/hand - color became darker - no idea
4. clothes/cap - color came out - wash it?/lime?

Actually me didn't do any protection.... sad.gif
Juz put there display... so did have some damaged like some rubber band stuff broke.
Some pack on the jacket loose for sure need to reattach.
Other problems didn't see yet don't know how to maintain and protect too,
need master sifu teaching too.

Juz my opinion, if you want quality and well make figure,
better buy DAM Toys or SoldierStory.
Some of the brands didn't product military figure anymore.
Most of the price range around RM380 ~ RM428++
depend some figure accessories stuff it got, more accessories more expensive.

For starter. It's better to go for a full box set such as DAM or Soldier Story. STAY AWAY from Veryhot as they are for customizer (like me) as their quality not up to average. Ironically VH does have some nice accessories which not available on other brands.

GET yourselves a nice of tweezer and UHU glue, these are your best friend in long run.

Kit bashing aka customized figure can be very expensive but you will have your very own unique figure.

friends & mates called him "The Legend", foes named him "Devil of Ramadi"
remember Chris Kyle, a great son, a great husband, a great father and a great warrior !!

throughout this hobby, you are bound to break some small parts. So UHU glue is there for the rescue. Plus its not strong as any super elephant glue. U can use to fix or stay some parts but can later remove them (i.e) night vision that's always too heavy to stay in place.

during TC & CD outing was during my semi-retirement. but i heard they do offer some nice stuff just that not up to par with Soldier Story at that time.

Currently. The best military box sets out there are by Damtoys then follow by Soldier Story. DiD produced some nice stuff. But very expensive.

yeah, the stand actually "stand out"..but abit price to get locally.. i'm importing them directly from China so the same amount but in RMB.. plus many other stands design.

I myself lost contact with everyone after last (few years) gathering and the forum closed down.. then I went for new jobs busy until recently... but life change lot, I can't continue anymore... just miss the days hv a great chances meet and talked to u guys..

haha, yeah..long time no see. I'm still doing 1/6 but slow down alot. Only recently picked it up again. My currently project is to try bash Special Duties / Counter Terrorist of Police forces around the World.

Currently completed CT units are from:
1.) HK - SDU
2.) US - SWAT
3.) US - FBI CIRG
4.) UK - SAS CRW
5.) UK - SAS 22ND REGIMENT

XL shop just announced the phicen seamless doll with stainless steel orange bikini asian head on January 6 which is last month. Went to mid valley branch sold out, called their other branches all sold out. Since phicen doing so well, wonder why didn't they order more stock. They are not sure when they'll place order for more. Also, not many female clothing available.

i dont think xl gonna instaock, bcos this is like veryhot, military equipment saja. DAM got this version price around 389. the uniform color printing is more better.

Yup, for Azone's 1/12s are kinda meh as their clothes aren't always quite to scale (too thick, too bulky, too long etc) but some collectors like that. It is very much an acquired taste.

Waiting for the figma though, as the tomy takara 1/12 weapons are awesome.

What kind of oil do you use to protect your figures' fake leather materials?

I'm very afraid for my Hot Toys Abigail Whistler... that was the last figure with pleather that I bought. I even held off on purchasing Batman cos of the material.

Most I google the answer is use "baby oil" or the "sofa pvc oil" will do. And the oil must be none toxic.

yup it one of kind for the moment & as far i can search those vest similar to FirstSpear The Beat UP PlateCarrier but it would be nicer if they made in multicam pattern. & for the black multicam can follow this picture for kitbashing.

nowaday a rifle is very expensive , price around rm150-180 for each.
dulu Soldier story M4 is quite detail & selling for rm 65-75 &
then the crazy dummy LMG like M249, M60 only for rm 65-80
both that time already consider expensive liao
