RNAV = Realizable NAV

This is the value IF the major shareholder decide to liquidate the company and sell everything... but since most company will not sell everything, there should be some discount to it's asset.

Take each portion of their company and value it including land, cash business etc... calculate each one and sum it all up and apply appropriate discount.tongue.gif
