Is GST really waived? Coz I remember I only charged once rm50 like 2 years ago. Since then no more

normal MBB2 waives the RM50 for the amex. You have to pay the RM50 for the Visa/MC.

I for one don't care about "Reserve" status, but the better Enrich redemption makes the Amex card worthwhile.
I used my existing FD for Infinite card to apply for this card, and was approved without questions. (Although I'm not Malaysian, as such they wouldn't even give me MBB2 without FD,  )
Priority Pass, 5 x free usage
Only real benefit is the Enrich miles + Priority pass if you use it.

If you have high spend, the MBB2 5% cashbash isn't so relevant as capped to RM1k spend / month.
More than half way to meeting the minimum spend , not as quick as Alec though
