If this is true, I can use a few of my MDD FD to pledge for MBB2 premier then.

Will update in a few weeks time, will see what is the outcome after I visit a nearby branch.

I just went to the nearest MBB branch apply for MBB2 Premier card. Not sure if I have made the right decision to drop by into branch instead of Card center.

I have a couple of MBB FD which I did last year, 4% FD upfront too. Hopefully they let me use to pledge for this card.

I just collect my MBB2 Premier.

Pledge using FD promo rate of 4% upfront, seems like MBB doesn't really stick to pledge FD using base rate.

If you read thru few pages in front, actually some of the members did it.
I am just merely following their footsteps and verify that it works.

I already have MBB FD long time ago, just use existing to pledge. MBB CS are very helpful to me. No bad experience to me.

Seems like Maybank has discontinued issuing SPG card to MBB2 premier user.

I aw Gen-X blog where he got issued a SPG card after getting visa infinite.
So I call MBB CS to enquiry about it. They say they are not issuing the card anymore but we can continue enjoy the perks by showing them visa infinite.

I m still waiting for them to credit 20,000TP to my account.

I like the new amex reserve design. don't have the strips going outwards from the Amex logo.
