Yes, buy Eu Yan Sang bird nest is the easier and safe. After the 1st Trimester for 1 to 2 months, every morning before breakfast take 1 teaspoon of bird nest.

According to some research, they said if your baby is boy, it is advisable don't take bird nest. If girl, it is ok. Bcos it can reduce the male hormone in the baby. U know what i mean.

lo hong ka is premium. eu yan sang is close to premium.

Lo Hong Ka also good but u must finish the one bottle within 2 weeks. Quite expensive.

if really want to take bird nest, its better to buy those by pieces and clean the dirt on ownself n double boil..
i dont believe in those lo hong ka bird nest in glass bottles.. they have preservatives.. and i buy bird nest from my trusted chinese medical shop.. i dont buy from lo hong ka or eu yan sang.. coz its too commercial and their price is expensive..i feel like kena 'potong' only if buy herbs from there

Of course it is better to buy by pieces but it is troublesome to clean the dirt. I also got buy directly from the source instead thru the shops. But i still prefer Eu Yan Shang or Lo Hong Ka.

Some more it is not effective if u eat one or few days only. Must eat everyday morning before breakfast.

i buy from a chinese medical shop in damansara perdana. i have been seeing the chinese doctor since when im a small kids who treated my asthma back then.. so my family kinda trusted this shop.

Bird nest does gave a lot of benefits. a few medical or nutrition laboratory test has confirmed that. It is not just protein, but others such as amino acid and sialic acid, glycoprotein and etc. my cousin brother also asthma, after regularly took bird nest, now ok liao.

Japanese pharmacies started buying bird nest and turn it to a pill for easy daily consuming. Korean also did a test about anti-aging and reproduction of cell, turn to be +.

My advise, please buy bird nest with yellowish or creamy colour. Dont buy those paper white. Originally, every pcs of nest we harvest is creamy white, only some is paper white BUT after we processed (remove feather only), the colour will turn to (oxidize) yellowish or creamy colour.

is only some factory they use bleaching agent to make white, as the consumer market judging white is the best. Yes best looking but not best nutrition.

Previous hot topic that caused bird nest price drop : nitrite contain. the ntrite contain in bird nest is far lesser than other daily food that we took (vege & meat). The way bird nest being cook/stew, we soak few hours to over night, and rinse with new water during this soaking process, so the nitrite contain already drop to very very low contain. therefore is very safe to consume.

my two kids take bird nest reguarly, skin texture, immune system is good and so far i feel ok. last but not least, pls buy raw bird nest and cook it by yourself. This is the cheapest and best way. soak a few pcs, and cook it for 45 to 1hr, then turn on, let is settle down for 30minutes.

Edible bird nest, harvested right after the baby bird fledged away. once they capable to fly, they won't use the nest anymore. even they return to the same place, they will just hanging at the timber plank.

ya.. the chinese shop is facing the condo.. if not mistaken, the shop is next to a chinese coffee shop..

i bought the bird nest last 2-3 years, one box about 19-20pcs for rm2500..
