if really want to take bird nest, its better to buy those by pieces and clean the dirt on ownself n double boil..
i dont believe in those lo hong ka bird nest in glass bottles.. they have preservatives.. and i buy bird nest from my trusted chinese medical shop.. i dont buy from lo hong ka or eu yan sang.. coz its too commercial and their price is expensive..i feel like kena 'potong' only if buy herbs from there

i buy from a chinese medical shop in damansara perdana. i have been seeing the chinese doctor since when im a small kids who treated my asthma back then.. so my family kinda trusted this shop.

ya.. the chinese shop is facing the condo.. if not mistaken, the shop is next to a chinese coffee shop..
