hmm.gif Funny I didn't come across this thread earlier.. must have missed it then.

I've been using Titan for over 3 years now.... and I would never recommend it to anyone else who wants a comfortable ride.

Since this was my first adjustable, I always thought it was like that (super hard and harsh) by default.
But actually I think the design is just bad.... I also lost count the numbers of time I went back and no matter how hard they try... it's always very bumpy and uncomfortable. Not to mention everytime you go there, need to camp there like the whole day... really waste of time.

The settings they do seems to be only good for few weeks at most... after that it seems to slowly deteriorate, becoming harsher and harsher... after a few months it feels like you don't have shocks anymore.

IMHO.. avoid Titan... go for other brands.

People have misunderstanding that Titan can provide them a product that is hassle-free just like off the shelf, I was wrong, have to go back so many times.
What is your ride? my guess is small and light car.

EDIT: That's why they ask you go back service every year  biggrin.gif

Yup.. small and light.... old 2.0L Civic... kerb weight about 1.4 tonne only... we me and all the junk inside.. probably 1600 kg only. laugh.gif In comparison with a 6.0L Maybach at 2800 kg... mine is small and light.

If can last one year at least not bad... this one max is 2 months before become un-bearable.

I know 10 yrs old car which still has factory fitted shocks... and they cannot / don't have to be serviced.

New cars nowadays also come with 5 yrs warranty right, so the shocks should last at least that long without having to be serviced every year.

changed my ride...not going to touch the shocks any longer - leave it as stock before i go into a downward spiral of fixing something that cannot be fixed
