I got 'em on my ex-E46. Let uncle Richard sit in one of friend's M-Sport specced E46 and told him I wanted the same comfort but even better when comes to cornering and stability. After a wait of almost 8 hours, I got back my car. Car is slightly lowered (compared to stock) despite on original springs. Let the shocks run-in for almost a week. Still feel abit soft. Went for 1 round of tuning, and I got exactly what I want and happy for what I paid for.

Paid RM2.7k for the shocks alone and springs were stock BMW non-Sport springs. I would say it's one of the best shocks I ever tried. Very stable at high speed and cornering but yet offers the comfort when comes to normal driving. Not bumpy at all. It just absorbs all the unevenness of the road. I never had the confidence to do 200 km/h on my old shocks but with the Titan, the stability gave me the well required confidence. Got another BMW with stock M-Sport shocks now but I still prefer the old Titan setup. Prolly gonna replace them with Titan once they die.

I believe you may need to let uncle Richard test a setup which you prefer in order for him to have a "butt feel" and tune the way you wanted it. That's just based on my experience. And perhaps Titan's springs were not suitable? Try one round of tuning while using back your stock springs (ignore the height for the time being) and see how they feels to you.

Uncle Richard always advised to go back to stock springs should you require some level of comfort.
