hi sifus. Need help.

Don't ask me how this happened I don't know and yes I officially hate my cousin now for doing this to my htc one.

-My HTC ONE now has no OS installed.
-Internal storage wiped. No custom roms available for flashing.
-USB Debugging not working so adb push isn't working (yes I tried).
-S-ON
-H-BOOT 1.56
-RADIO 4A.23.3263.28
- TWRP working
- FASTBOOT working

The latest RUU I cant find it online. S-OFF is unachievable. What can I do to revive my phone OMG.

thanks. I managed to push custom rom.zip over but after flashing with cwm n it goes into bootloop again. Y a?
