problem with purple tint

For info both times I sent mine to SC (pick up service since I'm in Kota Kinabalu) repair time took 1 month... First repair was getting camera module replaced. Second repair was due to defective microphone (lower mic static).

In summary, for realistic repair time, expect 1 month...unlike Samsung or Apple with authorised service center in most major cities, HTC only has one in the entire country. Not blaming them on this since they exclusively make handphones, can't really compete financially with electronics giant like Samsung or Apple or Sony. In fact, try asking Samsung users about warranty claim, I'm very sure they have their own nightmares as well.... When I told my colleague that htc provide free pick service for repair he was impressed, other brands don't do that.

What do you mean?, they suspend pick up service?, where are you btw, if you're in KL area better just walk in SC lor.

Hey guys, my One won't boot at all now and even if i plugged the charger, it doesn't charge the phone, the red led not lid anymore.. I tried all the possible solution found in the internet but still, dead end..
Should i just send it to sc?

HTC sc only at ts right? Should i bring all the stuff together? Like those charger, earphone etc?

I sent my phone in for the purple tint issue and also a burn spot on back camera.
IT was sent on 17 Apr and i got it back last week 20 May. Nearly a month!

ANyway, my warranty is going to expire 3 days later on 29 May. I hope nothing bad will happen.

I noticed the battery dropped swiftly from 100% to 97% after unplugged it out from charger. It just happened within 2 mins. All sync was disabled even the blinkfeed to. It was on Wifi as well.

Why such thing happen i really have no idea. I just hope i dont have to pay for the battery replacement if i report to HTC before warranty ends..

Anyone has this battery issue ?

update: I reset the phone to factory default. It happened again.
100%, unplugged, within 2 mins down to 98%. It was with screen on, connected to wifi then saw dropped 2%
