I also bought from Directd. I send my phone back to them within 24 hours and they declared it as DOA so I claimed for one to one exchange. I called Directd every week for 3 weeks to check on my phone status but still nothing. Then, Mr. Bilton from Directd called me and ask me to come to their shop and he will give me a new phone bcoz the DOA process is taking too long. I went to the shop and Mr. Bilton give me free cover and continuously apologized to me even though it's not really Directd's fault. Very good after sales services. Even so my new phone also got those purple tint but I just ignored it for the moment since I don't have backup phone. I will claim for warranty later. Sad.
