Anyone have feedback from BTS Brightstar warranty service? Since SIS closed down already, i not dare to send in my phone for warranty.
My issue: Got pink frame or dotted when taking pic under no light or low light.
This phone send in to SIS for 4 times still got such problem sigh...

My last warranty i send over, they told that no accepting anymore warranty issue and told me head to BTS. Make me damn angry and bising bising at there only they accept my final request. End up still have issue.

Barely remember, need go home check my warranty slip. Now still in office  Problem is, I'm worry how long they took to fix my issue and how serious they care about it! Previously took 3 weeks just to reflash my OS.
