word of advise...
blinkfeed now appear as an apps. once update to Sense 6, you will most likely see in play store there is an update for BlinkFeed.
default BlinkFeed is about 7.7MB. after you customized the home screen, likely over 8MB. if u update, this will blow up to 20MB.
if u dun use BlinkFeed, jus dun update to save space. if u clear data or uninstall, your home screen and apps drawer will reset.

you fella notice that you need to select a new notification ringtone? i was wondering why mine dun ring but only vibrate. when i check the ringtone, my last ringtone before update was missing and there is no ringtone selected.

QUOTE(cleoleeps @ May 28 2014, 03:31 PM) Before this upgrade, I checked the battery usage always and found that the ANDROID SYSTEM always the highest at 80% or more. It's like leaking :S But after this sense 6 upgrade, the usage list changed which i think make more sense. My app power usage now like this: 1) Whatsapp 2) HTC BLINKFeed (though i disabled it , dunno why still top the 2nd) 3) Android System 4) Chrome 5) Facebook .... ... BlinkFeed though is not used, does influence the homepage, apps drawer. as I post earlier, u clear BlinkFeed user data or uninstall BlinkFeed update, yur home screen and apps drawer is screwed. I guest as long as u wake yur phone, BlinkFeed is at work.

I think my performance issue is due to Opera. since Sense 6 update I've been getting stuttering once or twice a day. I either restart or clear all recent apps. I notice this happen after I browse over a period of time.
since I switch back to stock Browser, so far everything ok. anyone with Opera can share their experience?

I need some help here. since updated to Sense 6, i think the notification vibrate function is gone. some apps have control for vibration like WhatApp but the Gmail apps i think depend on the system setting i can't seems to find the setting.
now everytime a new gmail come in, i only get a notif sound, no longer vibrate.
where is this hiding or did HTC remove this?

QUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ Jun 3 2014, 03:43 PM) the sense 6 update introduce a slight lag. the "smooth scrolling" is not smooth at all due to the lag. i have the same problem when i update to Sense 6. I nail the culprit down to Opera browser. I have since remove and using the stock browser and the lag happen no more. Not sure if you have Opera but do some super scientific CSI. when you experience the lag, check what is the recent apps open. you may be able to catch the culprit.

QUOTE(Warwick @ Dec 14 2015, 05:41 PM) Price unsure. If still under warranty it is FOC. As for how long for phone to be left there I am unsure as HTC here has a bad reputation of holding phones for long issue of time. 1. price? HTC will replace my camera for free. my M7 is already close to 2.5 years. very kind of HTC. 2. i was promised a week top of repair time. i am keeping my finger cross. so far 1 working day gone. i pay abt RM85 for the repair service. the spare part is free. if under warranty, everything is free. anyway, i aint complaining since its no longer under warranty.
