I bought my ORI set from directd. Mine didn't have the purple tint problem until I sent in mine for repair and got back with purple tint :SAnyway, I dont think directd is handling warranty claim (or repair service) unless it's AP set. So go to HTC service centre.
Today, after 10 months of bearing the god damn purple tint and with another new thing - burn spot in the centre of screen when use the back camera lens, I called HTC call centre again and a pick up will come tomorrow. No time going to berjaya timesquare service centre.
Good luck to all of us if a repair (replace of lens) really fix it.
