well, once my friend sent his one x for defect wifi card.. it took them 2 weeks to get it done and they summore changed his touch panel for him as they said the touch panel is not working well... when the phone is back it is like a new phone I have sent in 3rd times 4 months ago and they never get the phone repair properly.
