I second this. Please stay away from this phone. Its almost a year old, and HTC will be busy readying this year's model. They're not gonna give crap shit about the problems with last year's model.

Its not HTC in Malaysia. Its the damned resellers, Brightstar and SiS. Go check to Motorola threads. Or any of the threads where these resellers do the 1st party importing.

HTC does not do the after sales service directly in Malaysia. But of course, indirectly it is their fault for appointing such crappy representatives that tarnish their brand.

Request for a replacement phone, otherwise file a Consumer Tribunal complaint against your original seller, and claim for full refund. Use your warranty claim receipts/documentation as evidence. The other alternative is to email the HTC executive team, and let the upper tier CS take care of it.

Either way, you'll have to take more drastic, direct action. Either way has done good for many of us here.

Get flipboard or feedly. Works the same, just not in widget form

I'd love to see flipboard or feedly turn into a widget like blinkfeed so that it can stay on one of the homescreens without having to launch the app.
