Well let me said something about this phone, frankly speaking, I was buying this phone AFTER I know that there is a purple tint problem but yet I just can't resist HTC phones from the past especially this gorgeous One. But just don't know what happen in this device's camera, even I, was aware during purchase, check & re-check before I pay but the issue still arise after the software upgrade. Some say it is hardware & some say it is software problem, to me I would say it is due to both. As some users really didn't face any camera problem before the updates.

After the purple tint & their customer services quite some numbers of people said that this phone is sux but let is be fair, if this phone is sux it won't get that kind of best phone award & it won't be still sale-able after the well known issue.

No doubt that this is a gorgeous phone but HTC just have only 1 thing to improve - their after sales service. I don't think people will mind the purple tint problem if their after sales service is good, provide a fast & good repair services to all the users, this is a very basic responsibility against their users.

Honestly apart from the pink dots that arise in night-shot picture, I really love this phone very much, in term of design & its features. I'm really proud to say that this phone is really NEVER lag & having a very fast performance.

Wish that the next M8 will be a problem-free phone & they will offer a trade in scheme for M7 users & most important, their after sales services. If they still didn't improve, I guess HTC brand will loss its value in a very near future, no longer quietly brilliant.

To be frank, I believe HTC after sales service is only bad in Malaysia.
Whereas in Singapore, I am quite satisfied with their after sales service.
My HOX experience in SG, no need to show receipt or whatever to claim warranty.
Just call their number, they will send in their man and collect your faulty unit, repair max 5 business days, then they call u and deliver back to u for free.
So what we can do is question HTC Malaysia Facebook and wake up their HTC Malaysia Management.

So far, I haven seen much complains about after sales in SG, Europe, USA, Taiwan, China etc.
