Hi guys, my HTC one is currently suffered the purple tint issue while taking photo under low light environment. As far I read the post, it seems like I'm not the only one who suffered this. May I know by sending to HTC for repair, will it resolve the issue? Cause having purple tint is really annoying.... Can someone enlighten me?

I just call HTC service centre, and they said they will send someone to collect my HP next week. After repair, they will send it back to my home. Wow, not bad for HTC service. I don't think I can even get this kind of service from Samsung or Nokia.
According to my vendor who sold HTC phone, he said this one is definitely hardware issue, and after changing lenses, the purple tinted issue will be resolved. Support team told me that it required one to two weeks to repair this. So.... still not so scary like one month. Good job HTC, though I really hate the "ultra" pixel thingy. But I will still support HTC. |
