This is tricky. Your criteria is "exclusive games availability".
Xbone has more exclusive games at this point. But availability in Malaysia is limited.

Eventhough there are exclusives on each console, you'll have to judge them personally. For example, PS4 has Killzone Shadowfall. Some say it's amazing but I personally hated it. Xbox will have Titanfall soon. Everyone is talking about it but I personally don't really like FPS. See, 'personally'. Turns out, the two titles which I spent most of my time is currently Tomb Raider DE and Don't Starve.

And if you ask around, everyone (including myself) will answer based on an "I think" concept. I think X is better, I think Y is better, I think Z is a good console. Even Microsoft themselves are using "I think" to defend the whole 1080p debate. Dig up that article and notice how many "I think" exist in that statement.

One of the best bet is to watch Youtube and decide on the games yourself. Don't watch the trailers. Watch those "2 hour gameplay" videos. That's how I got suckered-in on Shadowfall. I judged it too early coz the trailer and tech demo looks awesome.
