Monreal dint play well in this game but we also need to understand in this match, its not solely his fault. We were playing 10 men against 11 top players and bcoz of that, he doesnt have much backup from LW. 2nd half, most time he was outnumbered by 3  of BM players on d left side. How he supposed to stop them when 2 already hard, then 3 top players? Cant blame him. Cant blame much on Ozil either as all 3 of our preferable LW, Ozil, Cazorla n Podolski doesnt have good defensive quality.

But, if i recall correctly, Ox was deployed as LW during his early days. I wonder y dint Wenger use him as LW as i think Ox's defensive quality r better than those 3. Gnabry or Rosicky can play RW until Theo return.
