QUOTE(RoyRF @ Apr 14 2014, 03:03 PM) Hi TS, Hi RoyRF, yes it's maintenance free and you don't need to replace the coolant inside the water loop. Thank you for the reply..does this liquid cpu coolers maintenance free, i.e need to top up liquid every month or so? Sorry, very new to this thing.. QUOTE(zennasyndroxx @ Apr 15 2014, 10:55 AM) anyone tried custom loop wc on n200? the top can put one rad and 120mm fan? if can put, the back can put as well? i know infront can put 240mm rad and fan. Hi zennasyndroxx, the N200 compatibility for water cooling radiators are as listed: 120mm radiator at the rear, 240mm radiator at the front. QUOTE(AceCombat @ Apr 16 2014, 12:26 AM) Hi there, Hi AceCombat, thank you for the info, we'll look into this seriously with proper action to be taken.. Can anyone tell me who should I look for if I've RMA problem regarding Cooler Master? I need someone in charge to talk to me. Story: On 1-April-2009, my customer bought a Cooler Master Real Power Pro 1000W (Back in 2009, this would cost a bomb), on 4-November-2013, the PSU died and I sent for RMA with proof of purchase at the retailer. They took 4 to 5 months to RMA it and they called him on 16-April-2014 and they told him Cooler Master unable to repair the faulty PSU, and asked whether my customer would accept a replacement from Cooler Master. Of course, my customer replied, and so he went to the retailer just now and guess what... The retailer told him Cooler Master instructed them to replace the faulty Real Power Pro 1000W with a Cooler Master GX-650..... But no choice, because he was unable to reach me just now, so he told them he will take back and wait for further action from CM, the GX650 is a brand new unit but when he took the PSU to my house, I asked him, "Do you think this thing able to handle your Haswell + GTX770 SLI? Good Luck" So....now we're both pissed off and we need an answer from Cooler Master, what is the reason that we have to pay premium for 5 years warranty while you can't get it repaired or replaced? Sent in a 1000W and replaced with a 650W?? Best thing is, a 650W that can't handle the current system of my customer. |

Does the fan spinning shows any sign of slow down? The picture below there's two tones on the blades, the darker ones appear to be oily residues and are on all the blades. Hi zennasyndroxx, 3rd party radiators should fit well. With that said, you mean with your seidon or any 3rd party rads? If so, normal rad or slim profile rad? Thanks QUOTE(AceCombat @ Apr 16 2014, 11:32 AM) Hi AceCombat, we're glad to help. If you have any other inquiries regarding to the issue, please let us know |

QUOTE(MatchesMalone @ Apr 16 2014, 02:59 PM) It still spins at 2000-2100RPM max speed, however I'm not risking using it again. Luckily the leak wasn't extensive enough to spill out of the fan. Hi MatchesMalone, if the item is still within the period of warranty cover, you may bring it to the retailer to request RMA |

Hi ntw, you can bring your CM Storm Inferno to the retailer you bought from for RMA As for the CM Storm Alcor, it will be arriving pretty soon (roughly a week from now), still - the SRP is yet to be decided. |

QUOTE(RoyRF @ Apr 21 2014, 11:17 PM) Hi Cooler Master, Hi RoyRF, Is CM hyper 212 evo no longer in production? i tried to find seller for this product and most of them only sell hyper 212X...tq The Hyper 212X is the upgraded version of the previous Hyper 212 Evo. Fan aside, the difference lies with the aluminum fins. They have X-shaped perforations around the heatpipes. These perforations have a two-fold purpose: the first is to help direct some of the airflow around behind the heatpipes to stop "heat pockets" from forming, the second is to allow for better a better type of airflow. |
