Account Locked and Could not reset Password, Cellphone number has changed

My Battlenet account has just been locked by Blizzard and I dunno what's the main reason my account is locked. I have followed password reset step: https://us.battle.net/account/support/passw...=UNLOCK_ACCOUNT
But I stuck at retrieving verification code from my cellphone, as I has already changed my number and I didn't update at Bnet account. What should I do? Am I going to lose my account forever?  |

you can try live chat with blizz staff when submit ticket and tell them you situation
