@cahmad If u're a fresh grad and being offered the outsource contract, then you dont have much bargain power to gain Huawei contract.
Usually Huawei new hire will be usually outsource contract unless u're very good and they're desperate to hire you.
Usually non-technical will stand a higher chance for Huawei contract than engineers.
Engineers are usually projects based.

As mentioned by @OhNooy, usually they'll renew the contract unless your direct supervisor does not request for it.
