However, sub sale SPA is not as well regulated as compared to standard SPA btw new-home buyer & developer which is governed by Housing Development Act. In short, u better get your lawyer ensuring a favorable clause in the SPA btw u & seller.

What is the price for a 3 storey superlink 25X75 and 2.5 storey 20X70?

Market is between rm850k to rm880k for 2.5 storeys intermediate and 3 storeys between rm900k to rm1mil. Dont believe what u see in mudah.my. go and call and check the prop urself. Most agents playing tactical games.

Any new unit left direct from developer?

Last time i checked they have 2 end lots but that was 6 months ago. Not cheap though. They r selling at current market price also. Increased the price.

What r the market prices for 2 story end lots? Anyone know if any units r available?

6 months ago, it was rm750k. Imho just take intermediate. Endlots the land cannot do anything wan.
