Mat salleh place is cold and our weather so hot. My car stuck in the jam 2 hours daily during working days. 2 hours x 3 months which about 4.5 mileages. Is about 132 hours in 3 months. Although is 4.5k mileage plus 132 hours slow moving time. I think actual mileage is not 4.5k anymore.
*
"severe usage" also they quote 10k miles.
How severe is your jam and got weather Le? sweat.gif

Again, miles, not km.

Well, depends what you want, if possible try have a seat on it and feel the interior.
Then compare it against Altis, Civic, Cerato, Focus or Preve/Preve hatchback(all are C-segment)
I found Inspira has the biggest interior space among all and also cheapest(if you take 1.8M).

My friend boasted bout his almera's leg room. Definitely better than inspira. ABLC=Asal Bukan Lancer Ciplak! Don't get it. Nanti regret giler.

Yes. Just noticed it is miles. Haha. 25k miles, a bit too much. If u plan to change car within 3-5 years then ur car should be still working until you get a new car. I wish I can do that if the car as cheap as US smile.gif

No doubt Almera do have big leg room. But then a B-segment is still a B-segment, that's the fact. And it is a 4-seater, not 5-seater.
Inspira is a C-segment.
As for spare parts, I have 0 confident on Tan Cheong Malaysia parts, it is on par with first generation Saga(AKA milo tin). Just to name a few from our previous Livina : air cond belt failed within 1 year 3 months or 52000km(my Wira failed on 120000km which my foreman forced me to change), changed to Made in Malaysia for TC Motors part, last for 3000km before it starts giving squeking noise. Open up and can see the internal lining, changed to Nissan Japan parts and last for another 30000km before selling off. Rear absober last for 60000km where the liquid leaked out and dirty my car porch. Chicken out and get Nissan Japan absober direct. Not to mention the air cond system every 9 months need to service and on 4th year, the cooling coil failed.
Any Nissan for me next time? No way.
My Inspira clocked 2020km today, I have 0 problems, tested 200km/h(but once refuel, my jaw dropped, FC very poor, so obey speed limits).
Just a big setback, my rm1000 got cheated by 1st dealer and still unable to get back.

I'm using that on my first 1k km service lol... Going to change on 10k km usual lo... 7k km more blush.gif

Its not really about how/when you plan to change car, the fact the engine oil advancements have come a long way and able to withstand longer oci (of course adjust accordingly to manufacturer) cannot be ignored.

All this is also due to environmental concerns.

Great to hear u have got ur new car. It is individual preference whether you want to service ur car at 5k or 10k like my friend told me that he put Redline Full Syn oil for his Neo and he is confident that he still feel the power after use the oil for 20k km smile.gif

Why Inspira bigger? It is subjective BTW, you have to feel it your self.
For me, I tested the Lancer since 2008 but I don't like auto. But the interior space are bigger than others in the same segment. I waited for 6 years before buy Inspira.

Same here.. I don't like the CVT rubber band feeling and that monotonous "MoooOOooo" sound when pedal to metal. doh.gif
But then I myself feel that Civic rear legroom is better since it has flat floor, Inspira/Lancer got big bump in the middle.
