I believe any supermarket would be doing well base on surrounding catchment. Developer still got some backlog needs to be cleared before launch new phase.
If they would have set the right prices i believe all studio units already sold out.

I dont think aeon will be the tenant as jusco maluri is not that far. maybe 30 minutes away. unless there is plan by aeon to close the maluri branch.
Stayed in sri permaisuri few yers back. It is too overcrowded especially during weekends where there are thousands of car park at the road side.
moved somewhere else coz my car got stolen and according to the police, there were a lot stolen vehicle cases in the area.

Which area you stayed previously? Did you parked along the vista amani stretch? I passed by there before, at night it's really packed with cars along the road.

Personally speaking as someone who lives very near Sri Permaisuri, just up the hill around Taman Mulia:
I do not want Aeon here. Place is already congested as it is with people parking by the road all the time. Two lane road also become like one lane only.
Parking will get worse once Queensville is up and people coming in.
