I dont think aeon will be the tenant as jusco maluri is not that far. maybe 30 minutes away. unless there is plan by aeon to close the maluri branch.

Stayed in sri permaisuri few yers back. It is too overcrowded especially during weekends where there are thousands of car park at the road side.

moved somewhere else coz my car got stolen and according to the police, there were a lot stolen vehicle cases in the area.

Just went to Sales Gallery.  Still not fully sold out for the Block F and G.  Looks like the same number of units sold 1 year ago.  Guess they are struggling to sell units out.

our project location, you can see now this area already is a mature location. Nearby the shoplot all fully occupy more than 5 bank at here and also have walking distance to Lrt station and Ktm station .

and We are the first Shopping mall at permaisuri , You can imagine if the shopping mall and cinema complete and next time the bandar malaysia complete how much the value will increase  ?
