Excuse me, my Astro decoder just broke down after using it for 6 years and I was since subscribed to NJOI for the last 6 years.
Since the decoder broke down, I thought that all I needed to do was to change decoder but online FAQs say that if I have to change decoder, have to reapply for RM385 installation. Is there any way to make it cheaper or maybe just buy 2nd hand working decoder?

I didnt turn on my NJOI decoder for more than 4 months. When I turned it on yesterday... it said ' Pls type astro xxxxxxxx ( dont know what the numbers mean la) and sms to 66688'. The xxxxxx are actually numbers la which I replaced using x here to drive home the point to you guys and not x ...which I think are the barcode or serial number of my account or something like that.

After I sent the sms...within 5 seconds my NJOI decoder became ok
