I am also having issue with my Njoi decoder where the HDMI port has no output (black color with white remote control). I called Njoi customer service and they ask me to call the company where i get my Njoi from for support.... Any idea if i should just get a new decoder to replace it?

Thanks for the info. I had tried to do that couple of time (sometime more than 3 hours), but still no luck . My TV can detect the HDMI was connected, but just black output - no sound or pitcure.
