Wow, lots of buying interest in AXREIT. I really regret selling this counter.

of the 8 reits i invested in since 2 yrs ago, axis n uoa have been the best performers - axis for strong capital appr; uoa for stable price-high yield.

can't say the same for the rest. dumped worst performers igb and ytl, bsd no more.

now keeping 5 only, happy enough.

Huh, actually did manage to buy some at 1.41. Just a small amount anyway. I will wait and see before deciding to buy more.

My losses in CMMT deepened

low crude/commodity price->lower trade surplus->declining rm->higher mgs yields->higher myreit yields.

as crude price goes <usd60 and may continue to drop in coming months, can expect myreit prices to go down to match expected yields.

unless we say that theory is no longer true...?

Its portfolio mainly single-tenanted purpose-built offices for data centres for MNCs (DHL, BMW, HSBC). With weak Ringgit, no reason for them to shift out of Bolehland. Furthermore, shifting data centres costs $$$$$$$$
