if shooting under low light, disable HDR then you can change the scene to Night or the white balance to incandescent or flourescent.

then set the exposure to +1 or +2 if not enough bright.

android need to add the ISO, aperture and speed setting to their camera app. 
if you want those function, u can try to install third party app.
