Once you go ART you wont look back especially when you notice the difference

My battery life being shitty with data on I have no idea whats been draining the battery, everytime I browse it seems like it eats 1% battery every couple of minutes no matter what the screen brightness or CPU clock/voltage. I disable Google Location today and the battery drains just like on WiFi. I dont want Google to stick their hands to my stuff anymore, I want my privacy

I dont use any apps to check my wakelock (because some dont work on ART) and I dont take any screenshot either but usually I get only a couple of hours of SOT, at most 3 when browsing before battery when to 20-30%. And it heats up more than I play games.

Yesterday I totally disable data and WiFi to check battery life, even gaming under this condition is longer than total browsing time! Its not a simple game either, played GTAIII and finished about 6 mission before battery reach 50% mark

Currently at around -90 to -100dBm. Mine is D820 so at most is HSPA, and I set it to 3G because of unsupported LTE band


I disable sync so they wont know haha. Dont use Google+ or Gmail either, the Gmail is just to use Android only. Signal strength at work is -90 to -100dBm

Honestly it's overhyped, some claiming to have eye scanner and in the end it only have clunky fingerprint scanner and useless heart rate sensor. Specwise and designwise it's just a major disappointment. Even on s5 thread people hating it
